• To provide, manage, and secure your subscription and your access to picks.
• To process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
• To communicate service updates, picks delivery changes, and account-related notifications.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared exclusively with essential, industry-compliant service providers necessary to operate our business:

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• Supabase: Secure database hosting and authentication.
• Google Analytics / Vercel Web Analytics: Anonymized usage metrics.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. These fall into three categories:

• Strictly necessary: Authentication and session cookies set by Supabase that keep you logged in and secure your account. The site cannot function without these.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics, which record anonymized page views and session data so we can see which pages are useful. These do not identify you personally.
• Payment: Cookies set by Stripe during checkout to process your subscription securely and detect fraud.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising, and we do not sell tracking data. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never collected through cookies or tracking technologies.

Mobile Information & SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to SMS alerts, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent for the sole purpose of delivering pick alerts and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Data Security & Compliance

We employ industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure credential storage, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
